All compatibilities generated by PharmDex are computational predictions only and are intended purely to aid formulation screening. They do not represent a definitive guarantee of chemical, thermodynamic, physical, or biological compatibility. 3. Feedback & Telemetry Submissions

When submitting observations, ratings, or qualitative text comments via our Beta Feedback Sidebar:

  • Model Optimization License: You grant PharmDex and the Dr. PP Research Lab a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize this qualitative feedback and structural telemetry to train, adjust, fine-tune, and optimize our computational routing engines and predictive models.
  • Accuracy & Standards: You agree to provide comments and data points that are, to the best of your professional knowledge, accurate and grounded in scientific literature or physical laboratory findings.
  • No Proprietary/Secret Inputs: Please do not submit any proprietary, confidential, or trade-secret chemical formulations or structures through the general feedback panel.

4. Account Security & Deactivation

Users who register for advanced/higher-tier query features agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain password confidentiality:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or block access for credentials associated with botting, high-frequency scraper queries, or unauthorized API bypasses.
  • Soft Deactivation: You may request profile deactivation under your user profile panel at any time. Your profile will be immediately suspended and active query allocations terminated. However, search query hashes and historical telemetry inputs are preserved to maintain research consistency.

PharmDex and the Dr. PP Research Lab are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

In no event shall the research team, its institutional sponsors, university guides, or contributors be held liable for any damages, losses, failure of experiments, formulation degradations, or regulatory approval delays arising from the use or reliance upon predictions generated by this computational platform.
